We focus on getting you the highest market value for your house when selling and the best value when buying. We do this by knowing the market, having hundreds and hundreds of transactions under our belt and by plain old fashioned hard work. To be successful, this profession requires continual training, and education. We take our commitment to you serious. Buying or selling a home is a big deal and there is a lot of your money on the line. We strive to communicate with you so we answer your questions before you ask. We hope to add you to our list of satisfied clients who we will stay in contact with and who may refer us to their family and friends in the future.  

Karen and Greg have lived in Nevada County since 1987. Greg was first licensed as a realtor in 1984. We raised our daughters here. We know a lot of people and have a large list of professionals to help you get your home ready for sale or for moving in.

We are both very involved in the community.
